As a gilded castle window creaks upon its hinges, a sweet night breeze brings with it a first impression of nocturnal blooms gliding above the lingering daylight scents of rose and pear. As the first breeze settles, the air changes and grows heavier as a figure appears in the window. Rose and moonflower mingle with alluring amber before giving way to the thick, intoxicating scents of absinthe, labdanum, and leather which blanket the moonlit room. The scent, like the simultaneously horrifying and fascinating silhouette, fills the room with its inexorable presence.
